Audition Information for the ALHS Drama Club’s Fall Production
'A Christmas Story the Musical'

WHO: Open to all ALHS students in Grades 9-12
AUDITION MEETING
All information concerning the fall production will be presented. . . character descriptions, schedule info, audition requirements, etc. Time will be provided for students to work in small groups and to “sign up” for audition times.

Vocal music & audition choreography will be taught at this workshop. The meeting and workshop are not mandatory. All audition information, including audition choreography will be posted on Drama Club Google Classroom 2023-24 and our website. www.avonlakedramaclub.com.
**NOTE: It is NOT a mandatory requirement to attend the audition meeting on Wednesday, September 13th, 7-8:00 PM or Audition Workshop on Thursday, September 14th 7-9:00 PM in order to audition for the fall play. However, audition material will be distributed and the audition process will be discussed in detail at the workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you will be able to access audition materials on Google Classroom and on our website www.avonlakedramaclub.com.

**If you have schedule conflicts that prevent you from signing up for a 5 minute audition time on Monday or Tuesday, please email Ms. Frank to audition during one of your study halls.

The Call Back list will be posted by 9:30 PM Wednesday evening.
CALLBACKS
Thursday, September 21st, 3:00-5:00 PM

CALLBACKS – Only students whose names appear on the Call-Back list
posted on Wed., Jan. 19 will attend auditions on this date.
​
Students should plan to stay the entire two hours. The Call Back list will contain names of individuals being considered for lead roles. Additional students will be cast in the production.
