DETAILS:

 

WHO: All Avon Lake City School PTAs, Athletic Teams & Organizations are invited to participate by displaying a decorated tree or wreath in the Dr. Daniel B. Ross Performing Arts Center.

WHAT: The Competition for Best Decorated Tree or Wreath will be determined based on

'A Christmas Story, The Musical' audience member votes. The team or organization receiving the most votes will receive $125.00 in prize money.

 

COST: $25 entry fee if you supply your own artificial tree/wreath or

           $45 rent a tree from the ALHS Drama Boosters (*limited supplies available)

 

PRIZE:  (1) Cash Prize of $125 will be awarded to the Team or Organization that receives the most votes for the BEST DECORATED TREE.

 

WHERE: The Dr. Daniel B. Ross Performing Arts Center at Avon Lake High School 

 

TREE SET-UP: Trees or wreaths may be set up between the dates of Saturday, Nov. 18th through Tuesday Nov. 21st. Times will be shared when registrations are received.

 

VOTING: Voting for “Best Decorated Tree or Wreath” will take place at each performance of 'A Christmas Story, The Musical,' November 30th - December 3rd.

 

Winner announced the evening of the closing matinee performance!
